How it opens
Carl, Donut and her baby velociraptor Mongo step onto the third floor of the World Dungeon under a sky full of stars that turns out to be an illusion on a ceiling about 25 feet up. Mordecai is waiting for them in a new body, and he tells them the training levels are over and the real games can begin. Before they go any further, Carl and Donut each have to choose a race and a class, and they have a loose plan based on Odette's advice.
