Most article text on the site is fan-maintained wiki content used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license (see Credits & Licensing), and the underlying stories belong to their authors and publishers. If you believe content here infringes your rights, you can ask us to remove it and we will respond promptly.
How to file a complaint
Send a notice to philhoeck@gmail.com including:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the work you believe is infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on this site you’re asking us to remove.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
When we receive a valid notice, we’ll remove or disable access to the identified material and make a reasonable effort to act quickly.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
A note for authors and publishers
If you’re an author or rights holder and you’d rather we adjust how your series is represented, or remove it entirely, you don’t need a formal legal notice. Just email us at philhoeck@gmail.com and we’ll work with you.
