Vandene Namelle was an Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah, the younger sister of Adeleas Namelle, who had retired with her from the White Tower so long ago that few there even remembered they still lived.
Vandene is slender and graceful, with hair almost white and gathered at the nape of her neck. Her face has the agelessness common to Aes Sedai, but in her the smoothness sits alongside such white hair that her great age is plain. Like all sisters of her Ajah, she is a wielder of the One Power, trained in the White Tower at Tar Valon.
