Tamra Ospenya presides over the White Tower, governing Tar Valon in the last days of the Aiel War, with the armies of the Grand Alliance camped in winter snow outside the city and the Aiel across the river. She is the Amyrlin Seat, raised to the stole from the Blue Ajah.
