Talaan din Gelyn is a young apprentice Windfinder of the Sea Folk. She is very slim, with little of a woman's figure, and looks about fourteen at first glance, though she is nineteen; the youthful face is probably the slowing that comes with channeling. She wears no nose ring yet, one earring in the left ear and three in the right. She is one of the strongest channelers living, and her potential runs higher still, at a level counted exceptional even by the standards of the Age of Legends.
