Nesune Bihara is a slender, birdlike Kandori Aes Sedai of the Brown Ajah.
Nesune Bihara comes to Cairhien as one of the six Aes Sedai of the Tower embassy, quartered in Lady Arilyn's palace and sent for a single purpose: to escort Rand al'Thor to Tar Valon. Her companions in the delegation are Coiren Saeldain, Galina Casban, Sarene Nemdahl, Katerine Alruddin, and Erian Boroleos. A Warder attends her, and when she walks the city's streets she carries herself like a woman taking quiet inventory of everything around her.
Her memory is exceptional, and her perception is its equal. When she leaves a room she can say who stood where, who spoke, and what small thing did not fit. Details that slide past other people lodge with her and stay, and no amount of courtesy or careful phrasing keeps her from working out what is actually in front of her.
In a delegation built on formal words and measured audiences, Nesune is the one who watches. The others may speak for the embassy, but very little happens near her that she fails to notice, and she forgets none of it.
