Set progress to unlock

Moghedien, born Lillen Moiral in the Age of Legends, was among the thirteen Forsaken sealed away at Shayol Ghul, and counted herself the undisputed master of Tel'aran'rhiod.

Moghedien came to Tanchico as an unknown woman, well dressed, unremarkable, one stranger among thousands in a crowded port city. Nothing about her invited a second look, and that was deliberate. She worked from behind borrowed faces and quiet rooms, and the women hunting the Black Ajah through the city never suspected that they themselves had already been found.

Her chosen instrument was Compulsion. Under her weaving a mind opened like an unlocked door; she could draw out everything it held, question by careful question, then close it again so cleanly that its owner never knew anyone had been inside. She collected knowledge: the plans of Aes Sedai, the doings of her fellow Forsaken, the nature of the objects kept in the Panarch's Palace. She understood, better than anyone else in Tanchico, the properties and the limits of a collar made to control a man who could channel.

Concealment came first in everything she did. Her fellow Forsaken claimed thrones and armies. Moghedien preferred control that no one could see, working through the will of people who did not know they served her. She held power out of sight, and she took what she wanted so quietly that no one knew it was gone.
