Liandrin Guirale is an Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah, a Taraboner woman of striking, doll-like features and honey-colored hair worn in thin beaded braids, and one of the stronger channelers of her generation.
Liandrin comes from Tarabon, and she wears her hair in the beaded braids of that land. As a sister of the Red Ajah, she belongs to the society that bends all its energies to finding men who attempt to wield the One Power and gentling them. Her strength in the Power places her above most sisters of her generation.
