Leane Sharif

Leane Sharif stands level with most men in height. She is slender, graceful and beautiful, with copper-toned skin and dark hair cut short. In place of a shawl she wears a narrow band of blue cloth, a hand wide, because she sits in the Hall of the Tower by right of her office rather than to represent her Ajah. She has a gilt-flamed staff, though she does not always carry it.

Leane speaks in a quick, clipped way that never changes, whether she is angry, joyful or excited, so her tone is no guide to her mood. In the presence of the Amyrlin Seat she stays quiet, though she watches and listens. Her orders come with sharp gestures and terse words.
