Beldeine Nyram

Beldeine Nyram was among the sisters gathered in Cairhien while the Tower kept an embassy in that city. The delegation had its lodgings at Lady Arilyn's palace, and the sisters gathered around it made a considerable company: Coiren Saeldain, Nesune Bihara, Sarene Nemdahl, and Katerine Alruddin, with Erian and Galina among them as well.

The embassy's business was not small. Six Aes Sedai had come with plans to escort Rand to Tar Valon, and Gawyn Trakand commanded the guard meant for the journey. Nor was the Tower the only power with an interest in the city; an Aiel camp stood at Cairhien as well.

Beldeine's own place in that gathering was a quiet one. She was one sister among many, keeping to the delegation and its concerns, her days given over to the Tower's business. In a city so full of intentions, hers was a simple one: she was where the embassy was.
