Be'lal
One of the thirteen Forsaken bound at Shayol Ghul, called the Envious and the Netweaver: a tall, silver-haired man, and still one of the strongest channelers the Shadow could field.
Be'lal, called the Envious and the Netweaver, and known in the Age of Legends as Duram Laddel Cham, is one of the thirteen Forsaken trapped at Shayol Ghul by the Dragon's sealing. He is a tall, athletic man with close-cropped silver hair. In raw strength he stands lowest among the male Forsaken, which still leaves him one of the strongest channelers the Shadow had at the end of the War of Power, and very few men of the Third Age match him.
