Aviendha
Aviendha was a fierce young Maiden of the Spear of the Bitter Water sept, proud in ji'e'toh and deadly with her weapons.
Aviendha has reddish hair and a face as flat as her voice, with little expression in either, though a smile shows how lovely she is. She wears a full set of arms as naturally as another woman would wear a scarf: a long, heavy-bladed knife at her waist, a bristling quiver at the other hip, a dark, curved bow with the dull shine of horn, cased on her back, and in her left hand a small hide buckler gripped together with four short spears.
She speaks calmly, even of death, which in her view comes for everyone, so that the only choice is how to face it. Aviendha comes from the Taardad Aiel, and like the rest of her people she is wary of rivers.
