Amico Nagoyin

Amico Nagoyin kept dark company. The women she moved with, Liandrin foremost among them, with Rianna and Joiya Byir close at hand, were sisters of the Black Ajah, Aes Sedai given over in secret to the Dark One while still wearing the shawls of the Ajahs they claimed. The shawl was a mask, and the company wore it well. Their business had carried them south to Tear and into the great fortress called the Stone.

It served a design larger than any one sister. It had been laid down by Be'lal, one of the Forsaken, and it did not rest on Aes Sedai alone; Myrddraal, too, had their part in it. The Stone of Tear was the ground on which the whole of it stood, and the sisters who gathered there worked quietly, careful to be taken for nothing more than what their shawls declared.

Within that design Amico held no command. Liandrin gave the orders, and Amico stood where she was placed and did the work set before her behind the walls of the Stone.
