Rouker

Rouker rounds out the group of mid-tier bullies that Tanner leads at Wellston Private High School in unOrdinary. He has spiky mint hair, yellow eyes, a relatively long face, and fair skin, and he wears the school uniform without its vest; his eyes glow bright yellow when his ability is active, and his speech bubbles are mint. He enjoys picking on weaker students the way the rest of his group does, though he tends to go along with whatever his friends are doing rather than start anything himself. He has little confidence in his own power, and he worries about his grades, knowing he has no strong ability to fall back on. That ability is Missiles, which he fires from a distance.
