Otis

Otis attends Wellston Private High School in unOrdinary, where he answers directly to Cecile and does the legwork she assigns him, finding out what other students are up to and reporting back to her. He has pale lavender-blue hair that falls across his golden left eye, and his speech bubbles match his hair. His loyalty to Cecile is the fixed point in his character, and he visits her when she is hurt and looks to her for answers when something at school unsettles him. He shares the elitist attitude common at Wellston and is visibly annoyed when a student he considers beneath him crosses his path, but there are limits to how much mistreatment of the lower tiers he can stomach.
