Newside

Like Branish, Newside has always run its own affairs without help from the Authorities, a low-tier district in unOrdinary left to look after itself. Most of its residents sit at the bottom of the ability scale, and the town is administered locally rather than by any government office. That arrangement holds until a criminal named Lance, who is not from the district, moves in with a group of goons and seizes it, damaging and vandalizing a fair amount of property as he goes and pressing the administration to sign the town over to him. Amora, Bryce, Emerson, and Keith are among those in the town during the takeover.
