Lucan

Lucan works as a scout, one of the officers the Authorities in unOrdinary send out to track down a target and report back rather than to make an arrest themselves. He is a tan young man with light brown hair and green eyes, and on duty he wears the same navy blue suit, trousers, and tie as the rest of his colleagues. Little of his personality has been shown, though he comes across as an approachable person. The name of his ability has not been given either. What is known of it is that it raises his physical strength by a considerable degree, enough that a single blow from him carries lethal force.
