Leon

The Authorities are run region by region, and Leon is the official who manages the one. He is a middle-aged man with slicked back gray hair, a short beard, a soul patch, and a large handlebar mustache, with golden-brown eyes, and he wears a tan suit with a black tie. His work is directing investigations from above, assigning specialists to the cases that matter most to the government and approving the plans they bring back to him. He also speaks for the Bureau in public, holding press conferences at which he answers pointed questions by stressing that ongoing investigations must stay under wraps and assuring the public that it is in caring hands.
