Lance

Newside, a low-tier district in unOrdinary, falls under the control of a criminal named Lance, who is not from the town at all. He moves into the district deliberately, calculating that taking over a low-tier area will draw less attention from the Authorities than a wealthier one would, and he presses the local administration to hand the town over to him. He is dictatorial and immoral, takes real pleasure in overpowering people weaker than he is, and has no objection to killing to further his own goals. His confidence runs to arrogance, and it collapses into cowering the moment he is beaten. His ability is Tremor, which produces localized earthquakes beneath his feet at a magnitude he controls, strong enough to crack the ground and shake nearby buildings, and he can aim them at a single target.
