Scouting duty for the Authorities in unOrdinary falls to officers like Flint, who are sent out to locate a target and report back rather than to engage it. He is a young man with blue hair and purple eyes, and on duty he wears the navy blue suit, trousers, and tie that his colleagues wear. Little of his personality has been shown beyond a readiness to acknowledge what other people accomplish, and he is quick to call a colleague's work impressive. The name of his ability has not been given, but it surrounds his hands with an unidentified purple energy that he attacks with, and it raises his physical strength enough that a single blow from him can critically injure a police officer.
