Charlie

In the low-tier district of Branish, Charlie operates as a crime boss, one of the criminals unOrdinary follows outside of its schools. He has brown hair and golden eyes that glow yellow when his ability is active, and he is usually seen in a suit. He imposes a daily tax on the residents of the town and pays henchmen to collect it for him, keeping enough muscle on hand to deal with anyone who objects. Violence is not always his first answer: he will offer people who stand in his way the choice of working for him instead. He has an eye for talent, recognizes when he is outmatched, and cooperates rather than fights when the odds are against him.
