Even other beast people give the Tiger Tribe of Trash of the Count's Family a wide berth. Native to the Eastern Continent, tigers rank among the most aggressive of the beast tribes, strong, agile, and at home on any mountain humans call unclimbable, which is exactly where rumor has always placed them. They are nocturnal by nature and drawn to danger for its own sake, treating hazardous situations as entertainment rather than deterrent. One habit sets them apart from every other tribe: they do not gather. Tiger villages live unconnected from one another, scattered across the mountains without any central body, an independence that is equal parts strength and weakness. Cale Henituse knows a little of them from the pages of The Birth of a Hero, and in the present the tribe's people are guided by a shaman named Gashan.
