Santichai Supitayaporn

Santichai Supitayaporn and his wife Melissa are an octogenarian couple, native to Earth, who represent the Church of Humanity Ascendant. Their missionary work takes the form of relief coordination, and they run a depot with the ruthless efficiency of natural-born dictators. Santichai is a frail wisp of a man, thinning white hair, stick-like brown fingers, tiny. He keeps an exact count of what he was promised against what actually arrived, and he will poke a man in the chest while explaining the difference. Members of the church are known by their loose orange robes.
