Proserpina Starworks is a shipbuilder whose racing division has carried the Sunflare name for decades. The second and third series Sunflares took a string of historic victories in the hands of several racing teams, and the reputation they built outlived them. The fourth and fifth series never matched that record, and the Sunflare slowly became a collector's ship rather than a competitive racer. The Series 6 arrived with all of that history hanging over it.
