Wearable armored suits issued to the Force Recon Marines of Earth and Mars, built to survive a nuclear crater, driven by a blink-controlled heads-up display and armed at the forearm.
Powered armor is a class of military equipment larger than the soldier inside it, effectively a suit a person wears and fights in, and it is issued to the Force Recon Marines of both the United Nations Marine Corps and the Martian Congressional Republic Marine Corps. The Martian Goliath suit is built to let a marine walk through the crater of a nuclear blast minutes after it goes off. Its heads-up display is driven by blinks and eye movement and can show maps, combat information or suit diagnostics, a gun is built into the right arm, and a squad leader can pull up the life signs and equipment status of everyone under them. The United Nations equivalent is the Reaver suit. For a common soldier on the ground there are few worse things to face.
