It is a complex of several linked buildings housing the ambassador and the permanent delegation, with room to put up a temporary delegation when Mars sends one. The grounds are extraterritorial. Checkpoints at the edge are run jointly with the United Nations, Martian Marine Corps troops or Martian military police guard the inside while drones from both governments watch each other across the line, and the complex keeps pads where MCRN Chariot-type dropships can land and launch.
