At Mariner Valley on Mars, the Martian Congressional Republic Navy takes ships apart and puts them back together. Under the yard's dome there is room for a number of capital ships at once, some being maintained and some being stripped down to nothing, and the stores that ring the floor hold military equipment along with whatever has been pulled off the hulls.
