In The Breaker: New Waves, a new student appears at Nine Dragons High School with a reputation already ahead of him. Yoo Ji-Gun is spoken of in the Murim as a prodigy of the Strong Dragon School, and he arrives at the school as a transfer with that name attached to him. He is a slim boy with medium length wavy blonde hair, the back gathered into a small ponytail and the front left hanging as untidy bangs, and he dresses plainly in long sleeved shirts.
His build is slight enough that people call him a pretty boy, and he collects admirers on his first day. He is laid back to the point of seeming uninterested in anything happening around him, confident in himself, and fond of teasing the people closest to him. Underneath that manner he is set on aims of his own and pursues them without much sentiment.
