Yang Yong-Hyeon
In The Breaker: New Waves, Yang Yong-Hyeon is an S.U.C captain nicknamed Cool Guy, a calm, bespectacled fighter who counts himself a man of the Murim before he counts himself a captain.
Yang Yong-Hyeon is one of the five captains of the Soldiers Under Command in The Breaker: New Waves, and the nickname that follows him around the organisation is Cool Guy. He is slim and well muscled, cuts his hair short at the sides and sweeps the top back, and he is never without square framed glasses. In a fight he wears a scaled gauntlet on his left arm.
The nickname fits him. He stays calm and does not lose his temper, and he is observant enough to work out a counter to a technique after meeting it once. By his own account he is a man of the Murim before he is a captain of anything, which makes him honest by the martial world's standards and keeps him to rules he has set himself, whatever they cost him.
