Woon Jae-Gal is a Heavenly Way Sect elder in The Breaker: New Waves, a long haired, ironically genial man whose cunning is matched by a stubborn habit of underestimating people.
Woon Jae-Gal is an elder of the Heavenly Way Sect in The Breaker: New Waves, and he appears most often in conversation with Hyuk So-Chun, the school's assistant leader. He is a tall man, apparently middle aged, with hair to his shoulders and a thin moustache running out towards his whiskers.
His manner is gentle in an ironic register, and it sits over a cunning and calculating mind. He can hold a conversation with someone whose temper has gone entirely and steer it where he wants it. He is also arrogant and stubborn, inclined to dismiss people he has not troubled to know, and unwilling to revise that judgement even when everyone around him has arrived at the opposite one.
