The S.U.C in The Breaker: New Waves is a hooded, skull marked organisation that calls the Nine Arts Dragon its god and works to tear down the wall between the Murim and ordinary society.
The Soldiers Under Command, known throughout The Breaker: New Waves as the S.U.C, treat the Nine Arts Dragon as a god and present themselves as his disciples, working to tear down the wall between the Murim and the ordinary world.
Most of the rank and file are not martial artists at all. They are ordinary people who know nothing of the Murim and who lean on Murim drugs for temporary access to power and Ki techniques, with a small core of genuine elites above them. Foot soldiers wear black jumpsuits printed with skeletons and hoods that hide their faces. They paint the Nine Arts Dragon's name on walls, show off their fighting in public, and involve themselves in robbery, assault, kidnapping and worse, all of which blurs the line the Martial Arts Alliance exists to hold.
