Seonu So-Seol
In The Breaker, Seonu So-Seol heads the Sun-Woo Clan, a small, frail girl whose rare bodily condition leaves her looking far younger than her age and makes speaking difficult.
Seonu So-Seol stands at the head of the Sun-Woo Clan in The Breaker, one of the great houses of the Murim, though in appearance she is still a child. A rare condition of the body leaves her small and weak framed and makes her look considerably younger than her years.
The same condition affects her speech, and for much of the time she cannot manage more than a few words before a coughing fit takes her. She carries herself with a formality close to aristocratic all the same, holding to a manner well beyond her age and refusing anything resembling an ordinary teenage life. In the face of danger she stays composed, even where what she sees frightens her.
