Lee Ji-Yoo
In The Breaker: New Waves, Lee Ji-Yoo is the last of the five S.U.C captains, a gothic lolita with purple pigtails who fights with a clawed chain sickle and enjoys belittling her opponents.
Lee Ji-Yoo is one of the five captains of the Soldiers Under Command in The Breaker: New Waves, and the last of them to take the post. She wears gothic lolita dress, mostly black and white, with a matching hat, and she carries an umbrella; her curly purple hair is worn up in pigtails and she wears a great deal of makeup.
She is mocking and sadistic, and belittling an opponent before hurting one is part of the appeal for her. Against strong opponents she is notably calm. Her art is a long range chain sickle style, using a chain fitted with claws in place of the usual weight, which she controls freely at any length and can turn to defence at close quarters. She holds grudges, and she keeps them a long time.
