Kwon-Young
Kwon-Young is an S.U.C captain in The Breaker: New Waves nicknamed Blood Stream, a calm fighter in a sports uniform who provokes opponents into overcommitting and is not above dirty tricks.
Kwon-Young is one of the five captains of the Soldiers Under Command in The Breaker: New Waves, and the nickname attached to him is Blood Stream. He fights in a sports uniform rather than anything formal, presumably for the freedom of movement, and he has black hair and wears glasses that are plainly not sunglasses.
He is serious and stays calm in a fight, and he provokes opponents deliberately, complimenting and needling them in the same breath in order to draw a heavier attack out of them. He is confident in his own skill and has some reason to be. That confidence does not stop him resorting to dirty tricks, or to taking hostages, when the direct route looks like the slower one.
