Kang Sung, called the Three Arts Dragon for the three seats he won at the Shinmujengpe, ranks among the strongest martial artists of the Martial Arts Alliance in The Breaker, calm, righteous and bound to Murim tradition.
Among the martial artists of the Martial Arts Alliance in The Breaker, Kang Sung stands near the very top. The Murim knows him as Sam-Mun-Ryong, the Three Arts Dragon, for the three seats of power he took at the Shinmujengpe. He is tall and physically imposing, with white grey hair combed back from a calm, stoic face, and he is always in a traditional Chinese style martial arts uniform.
He is a righteous man with a settled sense of justice, and his convictions are his own rather than the Alliance's. He holds the traditions of the Murim in high regard, above all the bond between master and student, and he is loyal to the organisation without being blind to it. Revenge is not something he believes in.
