Kang Sae-Ra
Kang Sae-Ra heads the Mil-Yang Clan in The Breaker: New Waves, a young, reserved woman who keeps her composure in every situation and arrives with a plan and a backup already prepared.
In The Breaker: New Waves, the Mil-Yang Clan answers to Kang Sae-Ra, a young woman at the head of a martial arts house with considerable resources behind it. She is slender, with long straight black hair and ears that stick out from it, and she is usually in formal dress, with reading glasses on when there is paperwork in front of her.
She is reserved to the point of blankness, and it is difficult to tell what she intends. She never boasts of her position or her skill, and she does not lose her composure, even in the worst situations, or take offence when people insult her. She is rational and cunning by habit, and she prefers to enter a situation with a plan and a second plan waiting behind it.
