Kang Ha-Il
Kang Ha-Il is one of the Sun-Woo Clan's strongest young fighters in The Breaker: New Waves, a pierced and tattooed skater in a black fedora, sadistic to enemies and endlessly teasing to Kwon Ji-Nie.
Within the Sun-Woo Clan of The Breaker: New Waves, Kang Ha-Il ranks among the top fighters, skilled enough that the wider Murim has taken notice of him early, and he is a close friend of Kwon Ji-Nie. His appearance owes nothing to the traditional dress of the martial world: a black fedora, a vest, baggy skater trousers, checkered suspenders with a matching wristband, chains, a black collar, several earrings, a lip ring and a tattoo under his left eye.
Against an enemy he is sadistic, and he tends to leave opponents in a very bad state. He has little tolerance for anyone who sees a fight differently than he does. With Ji-Nie he is another proposition entirely, teasing and mocking her constantly while paying close attention to whether she is safe.
