Kaiser is the leader of the Black Forest Sect in The Breaker, a shadowed, German speaking figure in a dark coat who loves chaos, holds that only the strong survive, and kills without hesitation.
The Black Forest Sect in The Breaker answers to a man called Kaiser, who sets the organisation against the Murim's laws and the Martial Arts Alliance that keeps them. He is tall, with spiked black hair, and he wears a dark coat over a black suit with black gloves. His face stays in shadow throughout, so little of it is clear beyond the suggestion of middle age, and he speaks German.
He loves chaos and destruction for their own sake and has no objection to killing anyone at all, including his own affiliates, if it moves him nearer what he wants. He is polite and gentle when a situation calls for it, entirely confident in his own skill, and he holds as a matter of principle that only the strong deserve to survive.
