In The Breaker: New Waves, Julia is a Black Forest Sect operative with curly brown hair and green eyes, sarcastic in a fight and fiercely loyal to anyone she judges to be truly strong.
Julia is one of the Black Forest Sect's martial artists in The Breaker: New Waves, part of the small group of operatives the sect sends out on its work. She has green eyes and curly brown hair cut to the line of her jaw, usually arranged so that it falls across the right side of her face, and she dresses in jeans and a jacket.
She is cunning in a fight and enjoys a tense situation, keeping up a sarcastic commentary at her opponents while it lasts. Towards her own comrades she is more careful than she cares to show, since she understands what their work costs them. Once she decides that someone is genuinely strong, her loyalty to that person is close to absolute.
