Black Forest Sect
In The Breaker, the Black Forest Sect is an international organisation of martial artists led by Kaiser that opposes the Martial Arts Alliance and works to collapse the wall between the Murim and ordinary society.
Set against the Martial Arts Alliance and the order it imposes on the Murim, the Black Forest Sect is an independent body of martial artists in The Breaker. It is international in reach and powerful in both politics and money, and it conducts its business through private channels rather than the martial world's usual ones.
The sect answers to a leader known as Kaiser, and it keeps working relationships with organisations outside the martial world entirely, including groups large enough to draw the attention of national intelligence services. Its aim, so far as the sect states one, is to bring down the wall that holds the Murim and ordinary society apart.
