Bae Seung-Jae
Bae Seung-Jae is the physician the Murim calls the Genius Doctor in The Breaker: New Waves, a member of the Bone and Blood School who lives like a vagrant despite his wealth and enjoys his work.
Known as the Genius Doctor across the Murim, Bae Seung-Jae is the martial world's best regarded physician in The Breaker: New Waves. He belongs to the Bone and Blood School, a house wiped out some thirty years before the events.
He has shoulder length black hair under a cap and lives like a homeless man, though he is in fact wealthy. His trade has left him cruel and insensitive, and cutting a person open in the course of making medicine is something he takes pleasure in. He is plainly intelligent as well, and that intelligence is the source of his confidence, since he assumes there is no situation he cannot talk or manoeuvre his way through.
