Sujedo

Mineti Sujedo holds the rank of immunis and hails from the second of the imperial rings. He is in Yarrow as part of a delegation there to confer with its king, which in practice means talking about taxes, and because, as one Apoth puts it, everybody hates the tax man, Apoth guards escort him around Yarrow. His lodgings are the highest room of a stone tower six floors high in Old Town, an ornate building with a coral skin, green with fungus and worn by the coastal weather.
