Capital of the Star Luo Empire, called the Undefeated Imperial Capital, ringed by hundred meter walls and holding over eight million people around a walled inner city and palace.
Star Luo City is the capital of the Star Luo Empire, its political, cultural and economic center, and it carries the title of the Undefeated Imperial Capital. Its city walls of very durable stone reach a height of a hundred meters and a width of a hundred meters, enclosing more than a thousand square kilometers and over fifty kilometers in both length and breadth. At the center stands the inner city, a city within a city some nine hundred and sixty meters long and seven hundred and fifty wide behind twenty meter walls, holding an Imperial Palace that has grown larger and more magnificent with every rebuilding. The population passes eight million, and counting foreigners the city can hold twenty million.
