Snow Empress

The Snow Empress rules the Extreme North in Soul Land II: Unrivaled Tang Sect, a Heavenly Snow Woman of seven hundred thousand years, first of the Three Arctic Kings and third among the continent's ten great beasts. She takes the shape of a girl of seventeen or eighteen, white hair loose to her legs, sky-blue eyes clear enough to seem to see through anything, in a long white dress trimmed with ribbons and nothing else. Pride and arrogance run through her. As the spirit of snow she commands the ultimate snow element and senses everything that happens where snow and ice lie, which is most of her domain; the beasts there began by fearing her and settled into reverence, and conflict in the far north has been rare for as long as she has held it.
