Skysea City is a coastal city, similar to Eastsea City in its landscape and in holding some of the continent's largest harbors and docks. The Federation's navy is stationed right outside it, and that military weight makes it the top ranked city on the east coast, of strategic importance to match the major cities inland. Ordinary people enter military service at eighteen, and within the Skysea Alliance's domain the navy here is the first pick. Every three years the city hosts the Skysea Alliance Tournament at the Skysea Stadium.
