Shrek City

Shrek City ranks among the largest cities of the Douluo Continent, with a population above two million and a standing that has been described as the continent's first city. Shrek Academy governs it outright and pays taxes to no empire, and while the academy is the reason most visitors come, the city is also a trading center that matters to the three great empires. It divides into an outer and an inner city. The inner city is quiet where the outer one bustles, its stores lining a wide street paved in black brick, the architecture ancient and mostly wooden, close to Heaven Dou City in style though less tightly packed, and entry there depends on the academy's permission. The academy itself occupies the largest stretch of ground, wrapped around the Sea God Lake.
