Rising Dragon City (SL4)
A city of the Heavenly Dragon Planet, spread around the twelve thousand meter Rising Dragon Platform, its buildings kept low by dragon clan flight rules and its central square paved in rare metal ore.
Rising Dragon City is a huge city of the Heavenly Dragon Planet, built around the Rising Dragon Platform at its core and radiating outward from it. Its area runs at least twice that of Fenglong City, yet few of its buildings are tall and none pass a hundred meters, because every member of the dragon clan is required to fly no higher than the platform unless leaving the atmosphere. The Rising Dragon Platform itself looks like a huge mountain peaking through the clouds, more than twelve thousand meters high, narrowing to about a thousand meters across at its base and spreading past ten thousand at the top like an enormous mushroom. Below it lies a vast square paved in polished rare metal ores, their different metals giving different colors, set together in a neat and spectacular pattern.
