Oscar is Shrek Academy's food-system spirit master in Soul Land, a good-natured fourteen-year-old first seen selling his spirit sausages to applicants, and the only known auxiliary food-system master born with Innate Full Spirit Power.
Selling sausages to nervous applicants outside Shrek Academy, Oscar makes his first appearance in Soul Land, the first series, as a fourteen-year-old student with an eye for business. Handsome in a frivolous way, with peach-blossom eyes and a beard that grows back faster than he can shave it, he is the academy's resident food-system spirit master.
His martial soul produces recovery-type food, and he is the only known auxiliary food-system master born with Innate Full Spirit Power, the rare talent of a once-in-a-century cultivator; that uniqueness is exactly why the academy recruited him. Good-natured, a little lazy, and fond of off-color incantations, he works hard at the unglamorous job of keeping stronger classmates fed, healed, and on their feet.
