Orange

Food-type martial souls are among the oddest corners of the Soul Land system, and the Orange is a clean example of the breed. It is a spirit that produces actual oranges, fruit whose effects when eaten vary with the spirit rings its master has absorbed, so that the same modest soul can yield very different abilities from one wielder to the next.

Using it takes ritual: an incantation must be spoken to produce the fruit, and every effect runs on a time limit once consumed. The soul carries almost no direct offensive power, which is precisely what makes it misleading; opponents who dismiss an Orange master as harmless are misjudging a support spirit whose fruit can swing a fight.
