Monster Academy

The Monster Academy is a soul master academy, built on the Star Luo continent in imitation of Shrek Academy and named for the same aim of raising monsters. Its uniform is red where Shrek's is green, and its picked students are called the Eight Heavenly Kings after Shrek's own seven. It sits close to imperial politics and trains students for military worth rather than for character, and its staff play favorites openly enough that bullying is common. The grounds read more like a park than a school: an arched gate, a long path walled with vegetation, then an opening onto a pool more than a hundred meters across whose festival fountain throws a purple rainbow in the sun. Reflected in that water is the eight story circular teaching building at the core of the academy.
